What a fireproof safe can do
This model is designed to keep documents safe in the event of a fire in the office. The design of the product allows it to contain flames and heat from it for 120 minutes at a temperature not exceeding 1010 degrees centigrade. Before releasing a series of fireproof safes, the prototype undergoes a series of tests to confirm its claimed properties. To pass the test, the product is heated to a certain temperature and the readings inside are monitored to ensure they do not exceed 150 degrees Celsius.
