* Please check the availability of the product colour with your manager.A fireproof safe is a complex construction in which all its components are designed to prevent the temperature inside the structure from rising until the fire is eliminated. How is it possible to protect the contents inside the safe from high temperatures? The basis for thermal insulation is the special wall structure of fireproof safes. To prevent temperature rise inside the product, the wall consists of two parts, between which there is a special refractory filling. The result of the fire test of a safe is shown below.
Distinctive features of fireproof safes
Each class of safes has distinctive characteristics to fulfil the tasks required of them. Thanks to the wide range of the UHL-MASH shop, everyone will be able to find a product according to their needs, size or design. The main features of this series are:
- patented composition of fire-resistant concrete is used in the manufacture of the door and the body of the safe;
- the perimeter of the door opening is equipped with a fire-resistant seal;
- a transom locking system with active and passive transoms;
- a thermal lock is used in the design;
- equipped with plastic legs;
- fire resistance class 60B.
The main task of a fireproof safe is to preserve the contents from fire and high temperatures. To achieve this task, a special composition of fire-resistant concrete is poured into the body of the product. A fire-resistant seal is also installed around the entire perimeter of the door opening to prevent the passage of fire. The body of the safe is painted in a shade of white colour (RAL-9002) with a special powder paint. Thanks to this coating the product is environmentally safe.
