PRIVACY POLICY OF THE COMPANY JSC "UHL-MASH"
This confidentiality agreement is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation that regulate legal relations related to the collection, processing, storage of personal data, as well as the rights of citizens to privacy and the right to self-expression. The company JSC "UHL-MASH", caring for the development of relationships with clients and recognizing the importance of ensuring the protection of your personal data, has developed this Confidentiality Agreement (privacy policy), hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy", and the terms of use of the company's website https://uhl-mash.com, hereinafter referred to as the "site". Please carefully read this page, as the information presented on it is important for you as a user of the site.1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 In this Privacy Policy, the following terms are used:
1.1.1. "User of the company JSC "UHL-MASH" website" - a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Online Store website. 1.1.6. "Cookies" - a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time it attempts to open a page of the corresponding site. 1.1.7. "IP address" - a unique network address of a node in a computer network built according to the IP protocol.
2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. By using the site or purchasing goods offered on the site, as well as answering necessary questions in the questionnaire during registration and/or making a purchase, the user confirms that they consent to the company JSC "UHL-MASH" and its authorized persons processing personal data, and that they are of legal age.

3. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1.1. Identifying the User registered on the company's website for placing an order and/or concluding a remote sales contract for goods on the website of the company JSC "UHL-MASH".

6.1. Users have the right to: 6.1.1. know whether their Personal data has been stored; 6.1.2. contact the Website Administration to know its content and origin; 6.1.3. verify its accuracy or request its completion; 6.1.4. delete, update, or correct; 6.1.5. transform into a format that ensures anonymity; 6.1.6. block any data stored in violation of the law; 6.1.7. object to its processing on all legal grounds. 6.2.
