The complete shelf set ST is an element of the additional equipment for shelves produced by UHL-MASH. The shelf board and the supporting cross beams match the dimensions of the dismountable modular shelves of the ST series. The complete set allows for an increase in the number of shelf boards of the product. This helps to optimize the use of the usable area. The complete shelf set ST can be purchased on the UHL-MASH website.
Features and Benefits of Use
Expanding the usable area of the shelf helps avoid the purchase of new furniture for storage. This saves space in the workshop, production hall, or garage. The additional shelf board and cross beams can hold the same load as the standard equipment – 80 kg. The depth of the complete shelf set is 300, 400, or 600 mm, and the length is 760 or 900 mm.
The complete shelf set includes:
- Shelf board;
- Long beams;
- Cross beams;
- Stiffening rib for the shelf board.
The beams and the board are made of metal. The manufacturer offers variants that are powder-coated (RAL-7035) or galvanized. Before painting, the metal undergoes a corrosion treatment. This protects against corrosion caused by moisture.
The edges of the shelf board are bent on the longitudinal sides, and holes for the fastening elements are drilled at the corners. Hooks for attachment to the vertical beams are attached to the edges. This technical solution does not require fastening elements for the assembly of the structure. The reinforcing rib is placed under the shelf board. This part is secured with screws. All necessary fastening elements and instructions are included in the complete shelf set. Assembly can be done independently or with the assistance of specialists from UHL-MASH.
