Fire-resistant safes are designed to provide long-term protection for the items stored inside from high temperatures. According to statistics, in domestic conditions, valuable items, documents, or papers are threatened not by intruders, but by fire. UHL-MASH offers metal furniture for various purposes, including safes for homes or offices.
What features do fire-resistant safes have
To prevent the temperature inside the product from rising, the walls of the safe consist of two parts, between which there is a special fireproof filler. Below is a visual representation of the safe's fire resistance test results.
Each class of safes has distinctive characteristics tailored to the individual needs of the consumer. Thanks to the wide range of products available at UHL-MASH, everyone can find a product that meets their needs, size, or design. The main features of this series include:
- fire resistance class 60B;
- equipped with plastic feet;
- the design uses a thermal lock;
- locking system with active and passive bolts;
- the perimeter of the door opening is equipped with a fire-resistant seal;
- the door and body of the safe are made using a patented fireproof concrete composition.
The main task of a fire-resistant safe is to protect its contents from fire and high temperatures. To achieve this goal, a special fireproof concrete composition is filled into the body of the product. Additionally, a fire-resistant seal is installed around the entire perimeter of the door opening, which prevents fire from entering. The body of the safe is painted in a shade of white (RAL-9002) with a special powder coating. Thanks to this coating, the product is environmentally safe.
