Radio equipment installer table 31 L

The radio equipment assembler’s workbench is designed to organize the workstation of a radio assembler during the production and repair of radio-electronic and electrotechnical products, and it can also be used as an electrical assembly table. It provides convenient conditions for performing assembly, soldering, and installation work. The design facilitates the orderly placement of tools, materials, and electronic components.

Design and usage features

The table frame is made of a 40×25 mm steel profile, which provides high rigidity and stability. The metal has been pretreated and coated with RAL-7035 powder paint for protection against corrosion and mechanical damage. All parts of the table have electrical continuity, which is important for safety when working with electronic devices.

The table is available with two countertop options:

• L - laminated particleboard (25 mm).
• T - particleboard with a 3 mm textolite covering, edged with aluminum molding.

The countertop is resistant to temperature exposure, mechanical damage, and moisture, which is important for use in production and assembly shops. The closed side sections of the structure protect against dust and external influences, and the shelf under the countertop provides additional storage space for necessary components.
